Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, container tracking, and timely reporting of upcoming shipments. The role requires excellent coordination with third-party shipment clearance companies and adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and track the movement of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipment schedules and provide regular reports on upcoming shipments.
• Ensure proper container tracking and documentation throughout the logistics process.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with local and international regulations.

Third-Party Coordination:

• Collaborate with third-party shipment clearance companies to facilitate customs clearance and ensure seamless delivery.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipment clearance, documentation, or service disruptions.

Logistics Operations Management:

• Supervise the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring all processes are running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve potential delays or challenges in the supply chain.

Dubai Trade Platform Expertise:

• Utilize experience with Dubai Trade/Mirsal 2 platform for efficient submission and management of customs-related documentation.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and sales to ensure proper inventory management and fulfillment.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dubai Trade/Mirsal 2 systems.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in shipment tracking systems and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
