Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to support daily logistics operations, material handling, inventory control, and shipment coordination at our chemical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily logistics gate operations, ensuring smooth and controlled entry and exit of trucks, containers, and vehicles.

● Verify delivery, collection, loading, and dispatch documents before allowing vehicles to enter or leave the facility.

● Coordinate with drivers, transport companies, warehouse, production, security, and logistics teams regarding vehicle movements and cargo handling.

● Record and monitor truck arrivals, departures, loading/unloading activities, and delivery information accurately.

● Ensure vehicles and cargo comply with site access, safety, security, and company logistics procedures.

● Coordinate the weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles, including verification of weight tickets and related documentation.

● Monitor truck queuing and parking arrangements at the logistics gate to minimize delays, congestion, and unnecessary waiting time.

● Report gate incidents, documentation discrepancies, damaged cargo, delays, and operational issues to the Logistics Manager and assist in resolving them promptly.
