Full job description

  • Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and business terms with suppliers.
  • Manage reordering, stock transfers, and purchase coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and stores.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and product quality.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and brand teams to support sales performance and product mix.
  • Evaluate merchandise assortment and plan product introductions or phase-outs.
  • Implement cost management and resource allocation strategies across stores.
  • Lead and train store staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize product flow and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement new systems, features, and digital tools.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in IT development and research activities.
  • Conduct market and store visits to gather insights on customer needs and trends
