Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments (Air, Sea, and Land).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other trade-related documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Track shipments, provide regular status updates, and proactively resolve any shipment delays or operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and customers for smooth cargo movement and timely deliveries.
- Monitor freight costs, maintain shipment records, and support invoice verification.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination with hands-on exposure to import/export operations and freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Experience coordinating Air, Sea, and Land freight shipments.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
