Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, client registry, etc
- Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong relationships.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the courier for orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Generate sales reports to monitor performance
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Highly organized with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective at teamwork and collaboration.
- Currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.
