Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Logistics Account Representative to support our Sales and Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, fast-paced environments, and working with people. This is an entry level position with room for growth.

You’ll help manage daily freight operations, communicate with carriers and customers, and ensure shipments move on time from pickup to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales Team with day-to-day transportation operations
• Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers and carriers
• Schedule appointments and coordinate delivery timelines
• Communicate clearly with drivers, carriers, and internal team members
• Manage daily shipments and quickly resolve issues to prevent delays
• Assist with carrier rate negotiations and load planning
• Audit proof of deliveries receipts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service, logistics, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Negotiation experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)
