Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations within import and export activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and Free Zone procedures.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation.
• Develop cost-effective supply chain solutions to optimize import/export processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for import/export transactions.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and suggest process improvements.
• Lead and supervise logistics staff to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in logistics management, preferably in import/export or Free Zone operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/logistics software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
