• Messenger must check the address before going to receive/deliver any shipment.

• Mask and gloves must be worn when leaving mailroom for shipment.
• Must count the Boxes/packages when receiving or dispatching.
• Must save the record of recipient/sender.
• If anything is inappropriate regarding shipment contact dispatcher first.
• Share the proof of shipment to dispatcher daily.
• Shipments should be delivered in good condition.
• Shipments are to be delivered between mailroom operational hours.
• Attendants are not allowed to deliver shipments to an authorized recipient or else shipment to be brought back to in sorting.
• Loading and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Adhering to assigned tenants and following time schedules.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Greeting the customer, taking the EID and signatures.
