NOW HIRING: Experienced Line Cooks (Full-Time)
We are hiring experienced line cooks for multiple high-volume, fast-paced restaurant locations. If you take pride in your craft, show up ready to work, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.
Requirements (Must Have):
- 2+ years line cook experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knife skills and station management (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
- Ability to work clean, fast, and organized
- Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items consistently to company standards
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during peak service
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards
- Keep station stocked, clean, and organized
- Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
