NOW HIRING: Experienced Line Cooks (Full-Time)

We are hiring experienced line cooks for multiple high-volume, fast-paced restaurant locations. If you take pride in your craft, show up ready to work, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements (Must Have):

  • 2+ years line cook experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and station management (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and organized
  • Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Execute menu items consistently to company standards
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during peak service
  • Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards
  • Keep station stocked, clean, and organized
  • Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
  • Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
