The Sea Dog Brewing Co. is seeking cooks for immediate hire at our brewpub in Exeter, New Hampshire. We should meet if you want to be a part of a growing and dynamic team.

We are an independent, Maine-owned company operating successful brewpubs in ME, NH and FL. We pride ourselves on fresh food, hand crafted beers, exceptional hospitality, and legendary atmosphere! Our menu focuses on seafood and creative pub fare with new specials each week. You will benefit from individual training and there is ample room for you to share your culinary experience. Some of the responsibilities of our Kitchen Staff include but not limited to;

• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and kitchen specifications.
• Perform shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to: cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended.
• Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
• Prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency.

We are seeking hard-working, aspiring Line Cooks

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Can meet physical demands of position including pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting, standing for extended periods of time.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
