- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for guests
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols, including knife skills and proper equipment use, to prevent accidents
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role within restaurants or the food industry
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
- Ability to assist with catering events and large-scale meal service when needed
