Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious dishes with precision and care, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene
- Follow brand recipes
- Handle food safely, following all health regulations and safety protocols
- Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow during busy periods
- Properly store ingredients, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock rotation
- Assist on POS/cashier
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in quick serve
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Can work POS system
