Big Boss BBQ is hiring a reliable line cook to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare menu items (plates, sides, sandwiches)
• Keep up with orders during busy rushes
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Follow food safety and portion standards

Requirements:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Must be fast, focused, and dependable
• Able to handle high-volume shifts without slowing down
• Team player with a no-drama attitude
