Job Summary:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook food according to menu specifications.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
