Job Summary

As Line Cook, you play a vital role in bringing the restaurant’s culinary vision to life. Each plate reflects your precision, consistency, and care, qualities that define The Log Cabin experience. You’ll work in a professional, high-performance kitchen that values discipline, respect, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate dishes to the highest standard of quality, flavor, and presentation.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked station throughout service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Assist with prep, service, and closing duties as assigned.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for excellence and consistency in every shift.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of kitchen experience (fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred).
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Ability to stay composed and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
