Morning Shift
Approximately 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
(Breakfast hours: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM)
Evening Shift
Approximately 4:45 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast items, burgers, appetizers, and entrées according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout the shift
Assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen support duties as needed
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed
Work efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods
Help maintain product quality, presentation, and ticket times
Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory when needed
Support the team with additional duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
(Training available for the right candidate)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Availability for morning or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and cleanliness
