Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements.

Requirements
