Line Cook – The Boise Post Rooftop Restaurant
Location: Downtown Boise, Idaho
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

The Boise Post, Boise’s newest rooftop bar and restaurant located inside the brand-new AC Hotel & Element Hotel in Downtown Boise, is officially OPEN and growing our kitchen team.

We are currently hiring experienced and motivated Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality food and guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant concept with strong leadership, growth opportunities, and a fun, energetic atmosphere.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assist with prep work and daily kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude
• Weekend and evening availability
