Line Cook Job Description:
The Line Cook is a key part of a collaborative kitchen team executing our restaurant’s dishes with precision and care. A positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work quickly contribute to the success of the Line Cook.

- You have basic kitchen knowledge, are eager to learn and advance your skills.
- You take pride in your work and enjoy cooking.
- Great at following recipes and step by step instruction with accuracy.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
- You prioritize tasks and can manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety is a priority.
- Able to lift 40lbs without assistance.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, bend throughout shift.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.
- Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
