Tarragon, at The Inn at Honey Run, is an intimate fine dining restaurant providing consistent, technique driven food and meticulous service for guests of our boutique hotel as well as the surrounding area.
Our menu, designed by Executive Chef Bret Andreasen, draws inspiration from the Alpine Cuisines of Austria, Germany, Italy, and France. This European focus is complimented by local ingredients and tastes to provide a modern dining experience unique to our region.

With three meal periods offered and menus that change seasonally, there is plenty of opportunity to develop your own voice in the culinary field.
Candidates Must Have:
Experience working either sauté or grill stations, have an in depth understanding of cooking meat and vegetables and eggs.
Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area.
Meet all health department standards for safe food handling.
Operate equipment safely.
Maintain food storage, receiving, rotating & stocking.
Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Adhere to portion control, waste management, quality and presentation.
Possess strong knife skills.
