Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food industry setting, including restaurant or fine dining environments
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
  • Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Culinary experience that demonstrates versatility across various cuisines is preferred
