Full job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing legal documentation, coordinating with internal teams and tenants, tracking legal cases, and supporting eviction and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage legal case files, cheque execution, and legal settlements.
  • Update and maintain notary and payment trackers (Naqoodi, RDC).
  • Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding legal cases and notices.
  • Handle walk-in tenants and call tenants for legal case follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment receipts and reconciliation.
  • Perform calculations for vacating cases and legal charges.
  • File legal cases and send non-renewal and eviction notices.
  • Assist in preparing legal reports and checking case status on RDC websites.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (LLB preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in legal administration or real estate legal operations.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and filing processes.
  • Strong Excel and document management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Arabic speaking and writing is an advantage.
