Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs. They motivate pupils to reach their full potential, providing support and encouragement in schoolwork while ensuring they feel comfortable and confident. LSAs facilitate communication and assist with understanding instructions. Additionally, they attend to the physical needs of vulnerable children, including hygiene management, and offer extra support to complete tasks. During social activities, outings, and sports events, LSAs provide assistance and supervision, promoting inclusion and peer interaction. They collaborate with the BCBAs and teachers to plan learning activities, prepare materials, and collect formative assessment data on student progress. LSAs also assist with personal care supports and classroom management, contributing to a holistic approach to student development. Through ongoing professional development, they stay abreast of best practices and strategies to enhance student learning experiences.

Requirements:

UAE Attested Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Psychology, SPED, Education, Social Work

With Own Visa and medical insurance, preferably

Can start ASAP

Police Clearance Certificate

Qualifications:

At least 1 yr or more of Relevant experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge in ABA, LSA

Must be excellent in English.
