Leader in Training – Glide Xpress Car Wash
Location: Memphis | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $35,000/yr + Bonuses

Ready to lead a fast-paced, high-performance team in one of the region’s most exciting car wash environments? Glide Xpress Car Wash is seeking a results-driven Site Manager to oversee operations, lead staff, and deliver exceptional service at one of our exterior express locations.
As a Site Manager, you’ll play a critical role in team development, site performance, and customer satisfaction—while ensuring operational excellence and exceeding business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction & Operations
- Train, coach, and monitor vehicle prep and wash techniques to ensure speed, safety, and quality
- Perform and delegate opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
- Maintain equipment, site cleanliness, and landscape appearance
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims with professionalism
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, schedule, and manage site staff to meet performance standards
- Train and advance Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) through structured learning paths
- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure staff accountability and development
- Enforce safety programs and disciplinary policies in alignment with company guidelines
Revenue Growth & Cost Management
- Drive car counts and customer experience through effective staffing and service delivery
- Monitor labor percentages, utility usage, and chemical inventory to stay on budget
- Ensure preventive maintenance and reduce equipment downtime and chemical waste
