Duties

• Lead and supervise the bartending team, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Oversee bar inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly
• Assist in training new staff on proper serving techniques, POS operation, and food handling procedures
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and nightly closing procedures accurately

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs with banquet experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or lead roles in food service or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
• Experience in catering, retail math, or food industry operations is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and inventory management
