Job Vacancy: Laundry Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.
• Manage laundry staff and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, folding, and finishing of garments and linens.
• Monitor laundry quality and ensure standards are consistently maintained.
• Operate and oversee the use of laundry equipment and machinery.
• Maintain proper inventory of detergents, chemicals, linen, uniforms, and other supplies.
• Ensure laundry areas and equipment are kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor machine maintenance and report technical issues promptly.
• Train and guide laundry staff on proper procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain daily records of laundry production, staff attendance, and stock usage.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Follow company health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or in a senior laundry position.
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, hospital, commercial laundry, or similar operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, chemicals, and fabric care.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational requirements.
• Candidates with UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
