Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility, ensuring that all laundry items are handled efficiently and effectively. This position is essential for providing high-quality service to our guests, particularly in a hotel environment.

Duties

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Inspect items for damage or stains and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
• Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in laundry operations.
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
