Full job description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Laundry Attendant to support daily laundry operations by washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing laundry items while maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort laundry items according to color, fabric type, and washing requirements.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely.
• Wash, dry, iron, fold, and organize clothes, linens, towels, and other laundry items.
• Check clothes for stains, damage, and missing items before and after washing.
• Use detergents and cleaning chemicals according to safety instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area.
• Pack and arrange finished laundry items for delivery or collection.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Report damaged equipment, missing items, and operational issues to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned duties on time and maintain good service standards.

Requirements

• Previous laundry experience is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
• Ability to handle laundry equipment and cleaning materials safely.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Hardworking, punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
