We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our resort team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing guest laundry, hotel linens, towels, and uniforms while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and distribute guest laundry, bed linens, towels, and staff uniforms.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and other laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Check laundry items for stains, damage, and cleanliness before returning them to guests or departments.
• Handle guest laundry carefully and ensure timely delivery according to resort standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the laundry room and storage areas.
• Use detergents and laundry chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linen.
• Monitor laundry supplies and report shortages, damaged items, or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow resort policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or commercial laundry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, washing procedures, and fabric care.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
