Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Attendant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional, clean laundry for our pickup & delivery and drop-off laundry customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all laundry and linen services are handled efficiently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in service operations while contributing to a seamless customer experience. This is NOT a self-serve laundromat, so the only interaction with customers will be with drop-off laundry customers.

Responsibilities

Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care
Sort laundry items based on color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results
Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or special items following established protocols
Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces
Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents, requesting replenishments as needed
Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with general cleaning duties around the hotel or facility to uphold overall hygiene standards
Qualifications

Prior experience in laundry services, hotel housekeeping, or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required
Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, and folding
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
MUST be reliable and show up to shifts on time
