Landscape Architect / Designer

Dwyer DesignScapes, located in Louisville, KY, is currently seeking a Landscape Architect with a minimum of five years experience with Residential Design/Build projects to join our team. We are a full-service landscape company specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of some of the most notable Landscapes, Hardscapes, and Outdoor Living Spaces in the Louisville area.

We hold all of our employees to the highest standard and strive to create a friendly, respectful working environment.

Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced collaborative setting and possess the ability to multi-task and meet client expectations. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Design/Build
• Strong Design background, Plant knowledge, & Attention to Detail
• Project Management, Time Management, & Leadership skills are a plus
• Must be Honest, Dependable, & Trustworthy
• Experience with DynaScapes or similar CAD software
• Must be comfortable meeting directly with Clients
• Effective Communication, Listening, & Presentation skills
• Eagerness to Learn, Teach, Train, & Motivate others

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture OR equivalent with experience in Design/Build
