Job Title: Dock Installation Crew Member

Job Description:We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with the construction and installation of docks on local lakes and waterfront properties. This position involves outdoor physical labor, use of construction tools and equipment, and working in varying weather conditions near and on the water.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, enjoys outdoor work, and can work effectively as part of a team. Previous construction, carpentry, or dock-building experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic construction or carpentry skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and on a team

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time / Weekly pay
