Northumberland Links, ranked #26 in SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Golf Courses in Canada, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead golf operations, member services, and food & beverage at our award-winning coastal course overlooking the Northumberland Strait.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all golf operations including pro shop, tournaments, and member programming.
• Oversee food & beverage operations including clubhouse dining and events.
• Manage budgets, revenue performance, and cost controls.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing service team.
• Deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in golf, club, or hospitality operations.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Proven team leadership and service excellence mindset.
• Experience with golf and POS systems preferred.
