Kitchen Supervisor | Immediate Hire
We are a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in Delray Beach looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to support daily back-of-house operations.
This is a working leadership role — you’ll be on the line during service, helping lead the team, maintain standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
You will work closely with senior kitchen leadership and management, making this a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to grow within a strong team structure.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Work the line during peak hours and help set the pace for the team
- Assist in leading, training, and supporting kitchen staff
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Help manage prep levels, inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Assist in controlling food cost and minimizing waste
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house and management during service
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen

- Experience in a kitchen leadership role or strong line cook ready to step up
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices

- Availability for nights, weekends, and busy service periods
