Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward / Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our café and kitchen areas. The role involves dishwashing, waste management, and general cleaning duties to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Dry and store all cleaned items in their designated places
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, sinks, and kitchen workstations
• Collect garbage from kitchen and café areas and dispose of it properly
• Empty dustbins regularly and replace garbage bags
• Keep garbage storage areas clean and free from odours
• Maintain general cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and café
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as required
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and waste‑disposal procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner or steward (preferred)
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks

Salary & Benefits

Salary – AED 1,200 / month
