Position Summary
Kitchen staff members prepare made-from-scratch meals, sides, and snacks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to quality, consistency, and food safety while helping deliver a warm, country-style dining experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Ensure food is stored, handled, and cooked safely
- Help with food prep, plating, and packaging for dine-in and to-go orders
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range
The pay range for this position begins at $14.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
