We are currently hiring part-time and full-time Kitchen Staff / Prep Cooks.
Kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Great opportunity for students — flexible scheduling available.
Shifts are available between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meats, measuring spices, etc.)
- Cooking and assembling dishes using grills, ovens, and stovetops
- Following recipes to maintain consistency and quality
- Making sauces, marinades, and dressings
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and sanitary
- Properly storing ingredients to maintain freshness
- Working closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate service
- Following food safety standards at all times
We work in a fast-paced environment, so teamwork and a positive attitude are key!
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Kitchen experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual (Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable communicating in English (Vietnamese preferred but not required)
About the Role:
As a Kitchen Staff Member, you’ll be an important part of our culinary team. You’ll help prepare and cook delicious food while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team to create a welcoming, efficient kitchen environment.
