About BAKKIE:

BAKKIE is a high-end bakehouse and specialty coffee concept opening soon in Dar Al Wasl, Dubai. Designed to bring a refined yet welcoming dining experience, BAKKIE will feature signature baked goods, wholesome meals, and artisanal coffee crafted with creativity, precision, and passion.

We’re looking for talented and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our opening team, including:

• Kitchen Helper (Commis 2) – To support the kitchen team with prep work, organization, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – To take charge of a specific section, ensuring dishes are prepared to BAKKIE’s high standards of taste and presentation.\
• Hostess – A representable hostess with past experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and assist with food production according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Ensure correct storage and handling of ingredients
• Support daily mise-en-place and maintain kitchen efficiency
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
• Uphold consistency and quality across all dishes and baked items
• Follow directions from the Head Chef and contribute to new menu development

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (café, bakery, or restaurant environment preferred)
• Strong passion for baking, cooking, and high-quality food presentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen
• Available to join immediately or within short notice
