Position Overview

Papa Buck’s BBQ is looking to add motivated, dependable team members to our Back of House (Kitchen Staff) as we head into our busy spring and summer season. We’re searching for individuals with a strong work ethic, team mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
  • Follow all recipes, portioning, and food safety procedures
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Stock and rotate inventory as needed
  • Work as part of a team to ensure timely ticket completion
  • Support pit, line, and prep stations when needed

Requirements

  • Open availability Monday through Saturday
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Follow all company procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Previous restaurant/kitchen experience preferred (not required — we will train the right person)
