Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a PM Shift, Monday through Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Support the team during busy service periods by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling food.
  • Experience in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
