Full job description

We’re looking for talented kitchen staff with a passion for artisanal, brick-oven-fired pizza! Join a progressive team that encourages creativity and innovation in the kitchen. We are currently accepting resumes for part-time team members and are ready to hire immediately for the right candidate. Compensation is based on experience.

Evenings and weekends are required. Ideal candidates are experienced, hand-tossed pizza makers who bring energy, focus, and a genuine love for culinary work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food-handling experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for 8–12 hours per day
  • Food safety certification preferred (required upon hire)
  • Wood-fired oven experience is a major plus

Duties Include:

  • Food preparation in our commercial kitchen
  • Loading and unloading food deliveries and shipments
  • Setting up and tearing down the booth for events
  • Managing gas-fired pizza ovens and preparing pizzas
  • Expediting orders and coordinating with Front of House staff
  • Cleaning at the end of each shift: dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc.
  • Adhering to all food safety regulations
  • Maintaining consistency and proper portioning of all menu items
