Kitchen Sous Chef

About the Role

Aiza Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will play a key role in assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Maintain smooth kitchen operations and ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional kitchen experience.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a supervisory kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of international and modern cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners only.
  • Language: English (Required).
