About the Role
Aiza Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will play a key role in assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality.
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Maintain smooth kitchen operations and ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a supervisory kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of international and modern cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
- Language: English (Required).
