Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and ingredient assembly under supervision
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces to maintain a hygienic and organized environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean dishes and equipment are always available during service
• Assist with general kitchen organization and daily cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
