Job Summary

Candidates must be well groomed, possess a strong work ethic; be available every weekend late afternoons and evenings to assist with all kitchen duties as well as kitchen closing.

Candidates must possess their own transportation that allows them to be present for their required shift without issues.

Candidate must have a clean background and possess the following: The ability to stand long hours working in our kitchen efficiently. The ability to multitask safely with good communication skills. The ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.

The Candidate must be able to read and write, be a team player and possess a good attitude.

Duties

Assist with meal preparation.
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients and prepared foods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations
Help with food service activities such as plating dishes and setting up serving stations,
End of night dishwashing, cleaning and closing protocols
