Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Kiosk Event Coordinators/Managers to lead dynamic on-site promotional activities and manage engaging kiosks at various events around the Detroit Metro area. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, orchestrating event marketing initiatives and driving customer engagement. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure seamless event execution, creating memorable experiences for attendees while meeting business objectives. Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and execute kiosk events at multiple venues, ensuring all logistics run smoothly from setup to teardown
• Engage with event attendees confidently, providing product information and delivering exceptional customer service
• Implement marketing strategies to attract foot traffic and promote brand awareness at each event location
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venue staff, or partners to secure optimal arrangements for each event
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to each event’s audience
• Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality roles such as restaurant, hotel, banquet service, or fundraising events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
• Familiarity with contracts, catering arrangements, and venue logistics is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed for event schedules
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services roles will be considered a strong asset
