Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Kids Club Department in Dubai, the Kids Club Attendant is responsible for supervising and engaging young guest in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment while delivering age-appropriate activities that align with the Mandarin Oriental service standards. Kids Club Attendant reports to Kids Club Supervisor.

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the daily operations of the Kids Club to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Design and implement creative, culturally relevant, and safe activity programs that enhance the hotel’s appeal and serve as a competitive advantage.
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel offerings, particularly kids club activities, and lead the enforcement of health and safety standards for children.
• Monitor and adjust the activity programs based on participation and guest feedback to ensure continued engagement and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Spa and Concierge, to promote offerings and maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and accurate fee collection to uphold standards and drive departmental revenue.

As a Kids Club Attendant, we expect from you:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in working with children in a hotel.
• Must speak and write English at an intermediate level.
