Key Holder – Job Description
Haven Hot Chicken (HHC) Key Holders support the store team to achieve a successful lunch and dinner service through proper set-up of both front of the house and back of the house stations, completing food prep and production. They are relentless in their pursuit to serve the best Nashville style Hot Chicken and Not Chicken while proudly living our Mission and Values.
Responsibilities
- Live HHC mission and values to ensure the culture outlined is seen, heard and felt.
- Uphold standard work methods as outlined in operational tools and training to deliver the best Hot and NOT Chicken anyone has ever had.
- Ensure their shift maintains all Haven food safety standards and cleanliness standards both inside and outside of the restaurant.
- Prepare food to guest satisfaction, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
- Cross train to learn all positions within the role of Team Member including front of house and back of house positions.
- Utilize store operations tools to determine prep needs and production pars to support daily sales goals.
- Prepares front of house and back of house stations per company station checklists to ensure a successful opening.
- Complete closing duties with store team per company station checklists to ensure a successful and on time close.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight while effectively managing deadlines of work.
- Secures the restaurant by following company safety protocols when opening and closing the restaurant.
- Implement procedural change as communicated by the General Manager to promote sales growth, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Maintain a work environment during their shift that ensures inclusivity and promotes team safety.
- Support the General Manager by executing action plans to close gaps on established goals or the need to implement company initiatives or changes.
- Proactively communicates barriers to management to prevent business interruptions.
- Live the HHC Key Holder routine to achieve daily and weekly objectives.
- Pending business needs, maybe scheduled in the role of Team Member.
- Other duties as assigned.
