Job Overview

AG Facilities Solutions is looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee joinery production and site installation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of joinery works, leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise joinery workshop operations and site installation activities.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and guide carpenters, joiners, and installation teams.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Monitor material usage and productivity to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum4–6 years of experience in a Joinery Supervisor role within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, furniture production, and interior fit-out installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and installation teams.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
