Joinery Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Manager to oversee all production activities in our joinery workshop. The role includes managing workshop operations, quality, team performance, and coordination with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day workshop operations and production schedules
  • Ensure all joinery items meet quality standards
  • Lead, train, and supervise joinery staff
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
  • Monitor material usage, labor, and production costs
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance in the workshop

Mandatory Skills: Strong production experience and ability to read technical drawings
