Key Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB / Backhoe Loader equipment for excavation, trenching, loading, backfilling and earthmoving activities.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery in accordance with site requirements.
• Report equipment defects, breakdowns and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with site teams to complete assigned activities efficiently.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Hands-on experience operating JCB / Backhoe Loader equipment (3CX, 4CX or equivalent).
• Good understanding of excavation, trenching and underground utility works.
• Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and basic maintenance.
• Ability to follow site instructions and work safely around existing underground services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a JCB / Backhoe Loader Operator.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator’s licence appropriate for a backhoe loader.
• Previous experience in water pipeline, sewerage, infrastructure or civil construction projects is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
